What happens with your donation?

You'll support the diverse activities of the Society of Arts and thus projects that enrich the cultural life of the city of Zurich. The non-profit association, based in Zurich, aims to:

"... the promotion of innovative and unconventional projects in art and culture, with a focus on projects with a pioneering character, where success is not guaranteed or immediately foreseeable.
The promotion covers the fields of performing and visual arts, music, literature, dance, theater and film. This is to be achieved, among other things, through the realization of artistic projects, exhibitions, events, festivals, documentations, art historical and scientific lectures, discussions and guided tours, and includes contributions to artists, groups and cultural institutions." You already know one of these projects: the organization and annual implementation of the Literaturfestival Zürich. Other examples of the commitment of our association is the operation of the interdisciplinary art space Das Institut as well as the international artist-in-residence program Freiraum-Stipendium.
